Lynn Nethercutt Obituary

In Loving Memory of Althea (Lynn) Nethercutt

Lynn Nethercutt, 74, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, December 1st, 2023. Lynn was born in Logansport, Indiana, to Robert and Merrillee Horn.  Dedicated both to her family and her profession, Lynn was an accomplished painter who found joy in enhancing the beauty of homes. Her creative spirit left an indelible mark on the spaces she touched.  Beyond her professional pursuits, Lynn had a fondness for working on puzzles and a particular enjoyment of trips to the casino. Her heart found solace in the beauty of the desert, a destination that held a special place in her affections.  Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Robert, and her cherished children, Trish Whitus of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and Terry Whitus of Battleground, Indiana. Lynn was blessed with eight grandchildren—Daniel, Samantha, Deaven, Alyssa, Zack, Kayla, Ethan, and Jeremy. Additionally, she was the great-grandmother of 15 children, each one a testament to the enduring legacy of her love.  She is also survived by her twin brother, Lindell Horn, and her sisters Glenda Andis, Cheryl Weese, and Sandy Kissinger. Lynn's memory will be cherished by a host of family and friends, each touched by her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared.  Cremation services are under the thoughtful care of River Glenn Cremation and Funeral Services.
